6 Best Ways to Juggle Motherhood and Workout

One of the best way a mother can get best workouts is to include their children is some form of workout. This step not only helps them in getting better shape when they workout at the gym or doing yoga, it also helps kids to know the importance of being fit and healthy. On top of it, mother enjoy better bonding with their kids and kids grow more confident in their life.

When you have kids, life can go hay-a-wire. Then your workout time goes for a toss. Have couple of options, if your gym time didn’t go through. If you are familiar with HIIT movements work it out at home for 30 minutes and get a good sweat when the kids are sleeping or do burpee routine. Doing 50 or more burpees can not only burn your fat faster, it gives a total body workout in no time.

Having a weekly workout goal can set the ball rolling. Even if you can’t hit the gym on a particular day, especially when you have more kids, some  form of circuit workouts for arms, shoulders, lower body workouts like squats, climbing stairs, lunges with high intensity will make a big impact for a better shape.

When you have 3 or more kids and if you are not able to make it to gym for some reasons, run behind bigger kids or take the kids for a stroll in your neighborhood, which will not only get some blood flowing into your body, it also helps in better bonding with your kids.

When your husband is as fitness conscious as you are, then it is all the more better. Both of you can schedule your workouts. When you are working out your husband or baby sitter can take care of your little baby and when it is his turn to hit the gym continue with some form circuit exercises like push-ups, burpees, squats and lunges.

When you have  2 or 3 kids and one more on the way, it’s better to get workout done with lunges, push-ups, swimming, climbing stairs, walks around the neighborhood.

As a mom it’s important to keep in mind that you are the pivotal key to your family structure and being healthy need to be your primary goal. When you are healthy, the vibration is passed on to your kids and also helps in better relationship.
